LNWR/LMS/BR Ramsbottom 0-4-0ST. This new kit has been developed for us by a professional design engineer who works in the Aerospace industry. As you would expect the development has used a lot of new (for us) technology, and severely pushed the limits of what is currently possible with 3D printing and resin casting. we are very proud of the end result. This beautiful kit features a fantastically cast, one piece resin cast boiler/saddle tank/smokebox/firebox including chimney dome and safety valve. The casting is hollow to allow weight to be added, and has just enough space to fit our Mashima motor and gearbox combination. The rest of the kit is traditionally etched in brass and nickel silver. with brass and nickel silver castings, including between the frame detail. |

Featuring a fantastically cast, one piece resin cast boiler/saddle tank/smokebox/firebox including chimney dome and safety valve. The casting is hollow to allow weight to be added, and has just enough space to fit our Mashima motor and gearbox combination. MIDLAND STEAM RAILMOTOR. Etched brass and nickel silver kit for a Midland Railway Rail motor. The kit is for the original 1904 Bain/Deeley 60ft railmotors, nos. 2233 and 2234. The kit is etched in brass for the body, which is designed to be built as a number of sub-assemblies for ease of construction. The chassis is etched in nickel silver, with two complete sets of valve gear, one slightly finer than the other allowing a choice of scale or beefed up versions. Crossheads are cast in nickel silver, and the valve gear rivets are specially made in nickel silver. Most other castings are in brass. |
LNWR D63/ WCJS W13. Fifty two of these 45ft luxurious clerestory roof family saloons were built, of which twenty were the only family saloons to carry a WCJS Diagram number. Two of these were used in the Royal Train on occasion. The carriage body is etched in brass and the clerestory roof is supplied as a close grained wooden moulding. The 45ft underframe is from the existing LRM range. |
LNWR W-Iron sets. Etched in 15 thou Nickel silver, they are designed specifically to be used with the Ratio LNWR wagon kits for those who wish to compensate or spring them, they are also suitable for any 9′ wheelbase LNWR wagons.
